New Era Home Renovators, LLC is a professional, full-service real estate solutions firm dedicated to buying and selling properties throughout the Bay Area. Founded in 2017 by Eva del Rosario, a full-time Real Estate Specialist, and Carlos Garcia, a licensed General Contractor, both with over 30 years of combined experience, the company specializes in acquiring properties in any condition, renovating them, and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords.

Eva and Carlos met when Carlos was renovating a kitchen, and they quickly became friends. Years later, they attended a Fortune Builders workshop together, which inspired them to combine their skills and passion for community redevelopment. This partnership led to the creation of New Era Home Renovators, LLC, with a shared mission to rejuvenate neighborhoods and enhance the quality of life for residents.
